HR GENERALIST

  •  Assist employees with questions regarding Company benefits.

  • Responsible for managing Company education and training programs.

  • Maintain the Employee Databases current for personnel accuracy.

  • Employee recruitment to include interviewing, conducting background checks and drug tests for prospective employees.

  • Responsible for MIOSHA compliance within the facility including maintaining safety plans.

  • Responsible for Workers Compensation claims, including reporting and follow up.

  • Process time keeping reports for hourly employees.

  • Process weekly payroll for hourly employees.
