Manufacturing Manager
Manages activities of production, general machining, assembly, and machine commissioning
Execute Master Schedule planning and work closely with the Master Scheduler to plan production, assembly, and milestone schedules
Work to meet, build and deliver goals of the operations
Identify, establish, and maintain priorities for the operation teams
Managing and developing a team of manufacturing employees, including hiring, terminating, disciplining, motivating, leading and coaching employees as needed
Present to the Executive Leadership Team, status of large programs and schedules
Collaborate with the Engineering and Estimating departments for technical reviews
Developing, partnering with the HR/Quality department, and enforcing safety standards for employees to follow when working with machinery or other potentially dangerous tools and equipment
Participate in the development of long-term plans for the company
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field

Five to seven (5-7) years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role

Proven track record of successful production management in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge/experience with other machines (lathe, mill, CNC set up/programming, surface grind, jig grind) is not required but is beneficial
