Development Engineer

Indefinite Contract Position
B.S. Engineering plus 15 years experience, minimum of 5 years product design experience in turbochargers, superchargers or air induction systems (diesel powertrain experience a plus). Working knowledge of air compressors (centrifugal, rotary screw, piston, vane, scroll) Working knowledge of air control systems (valves, solenoids, regulators, accumulators, sensors) Demonstrated knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic balance diagrams and models Mechatronics experience a plus Demonstrated knowledge of DFSS, Voice of Customer (VOC) and House of Quality (HOQ) Working knowledge of CAD, FMEA and stress analysis. Must have the ability to utilize problem solving tools and development methods (DOE, statistical analysis experience a plus). Demonstrated DVP&R and/or automotive reliability experience. Ability to travel to suppliers, plants, and customer locations to support development requirements.
Manufacturing Engineer

Bachelors degree in engineering, BSME. Minimum 5 years manufacturing engineering experience. Extensive robotic welding background (Kuka, Motoman, Panasonic). Launch and Program Management expertise.
Materials Manager

Five to ten years Planning/Purchasing management experience within a manufacturing environment. Under-graduate degree in Business Management or Materials Management. Certified Production Inventory Management (CPIM) designation In-depth working knowledge of ERP. Hands-on experience with SAP. Solid application/experience with Kan-Ban and repackaging.
BUYER/PROJECT MANAGER
Monroe, MI
Successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating efforts in relocating manufacturing equipment to other manufacturing facilities. Experience in logistics, supply chain and project coordination required.
After project is completed, position will switch to a buyer position with purchasing assignments within company.
Prefer Bachelor's degree with focus on logistics and purchasing. Excellent organization and communication skills.
